一 |     12月3日，省农科院“聚才智·强三农”院地企协同创新联合体推进会议在抚顺召开，双方在多年科技共建的基础上，将合力打造全省现代化农业技术先行示范地。         　　据介绍，省农科院与抚顺市开展科技共建工作13年来，在当地共实施各类科技服务项目122项，累计引进示范推广新品种349个、新技术334项，建立示范基地272处，示范推广面积29.7万亩，辐射推广面积110万余亩。    (ECNS) -- The Swift Eagle 2026 joint training for airborne troops from China and Belarus concluded on Monday at a training center of the Chinese PLA Air Force, according to the Ministry of National Defense.    Troops from both sides operated in mixed task groups during the preliminary training. They conducted specialized training on designated subjects, standardized procedures for coordinated operations, and refined tactics, in a bid to sharpen their capabilities in joint counter-terrorism operations.    During the joint training, soldiers from both countries also participated in seminars, sports competitions, and cultural exchanges to strengthen mutual understanding and trust.    This event marked the fourth Swift Eagle training, which serves as a vital platform for China-Belarus counterterrorism cooperation and plays a key role in safeguarding regional stability, the ministry said.                        。通过举办技术培训班、开展技术指导、选派科技特派团等服务，对当地实现农业科技进步、提高农业综合生产能力、助力农民增产增收发挥了积极作用。
